1) Devotee Services Executive (Relations)

Main Responsibilities :

Devotee/Customer Service

  • Greet devotees/customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, product information, and general assistance.

  • Provide prompt and friendly responses to customer questions, complaints and concerns via front desk or hotline.

  • Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers at all times

  • Support in fulfilment of online offerings and auspicious days offerings

  • Keep front desk area clean and well organized at all times

  • Assist in inventory stock check of offering/retail items


Devotee/Customer Engagement

  • Actively promote temple products and services to enhance customer awareness

  • Provide information about upcoming temple events and activities

  • Engage devotees to volunteer for meaningful work


Transaction & Cash Handling

  • Accurately handle cash and other transactions, including receiving payments, giving change, and processing refunds and issuing receipts.

  • Maintain an organized and secure cash register.

  • Reconcile cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.

  • Utilize our ERP system for processing customer transactions.

Other Responsibilities :

  • Enhance processes for better efficiency through technology and working with volunteers

  • Support during events & other departments’ activities

  • Collaborate and support the sanghas during their duties at main hall

  • Undertake any other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills Requirement :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience

  • Minimum A Levels/Diploma in relevant field or equivalent.

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Friendly and customer-oriented attitude

  • Familiarity with social media platforms

  • Willingness to attend IT training sessions to stay updated on company software

  • Ability to converse and write in both English & Chinese (using Hanyu Pinyin)

2) Volunteer Management Executive

Main Responsibilities :

  • To follow up on volunteer enquiries and interviews for new volunteers

  • To disseminate information and correspondence to volunteers

  • To organize and administer volunteering events

  • To provide oversight and coordination for volunteer events

  • To be able to coordinate volunteer training programs

  • To manage database

  • To assist in planning and managing of recruitment and engagement programs

  • To plan and provide support in appreciation and recognition events for volunteers

  • To assist in raising procurement purchase orders

Qualifications & Skills Requirement :

  • Diploma from reputable polytechnic preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in events/volunteer management

  • Possess strong communication skills (Chinese and English) and interpersonal skills

  • Candidate has to be comfortable working in a Buddhist environment

  • Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel

  • Able to work independently and a good team player

  • May be required to work on weekends and / or after office hours

3) Office Administrator

Main Responsibilities :

  • General office management such as open pigeon box

  • Provide administration support to all the departments

  • Provide administration support for events

  • Data entry

  • Provide administration support for HR matters

  • Provide coordination support for facility and logistic matters

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time

Qualifications & Skills Requirement :

  • Polytechnic diploma preferably with strong experience in administration

  • Minimum 3 years administrative working experience

  • Good analytical, organization and communication skill

  • Self -motivated team player

  • Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft word and excel

4) Program Executive (Fund Raising, Events & Marketing)

Join us as a Program Executive (Fund Raising, Events & Marketing) to design campaigns, organise events, and craft marketing initiatives that inspire giving and grow our temple community.


What You’ll Do  :

Fundraising & Donor Care

  • Conceptualise and run fundraising campaigns (online & offline) that tell our story and move hearts to action.

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners—locally and overseas.

  • Write compelling appeal letters, donor communications, and appreciation notes.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Plan and execute our annual temple events that bring culture, joy, and purpose to the community.

  • Manage logistics, volunteers, vendors, and partners to deliver smooth, memorable experiences.

  • Introduce creative engagement activities to make events more vibrant and meaningful.

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and manage marketing strategies to promote events, campaigns, and community outreach.

  • Create content for social media, newsletters, and publicity materials that highlight our mission and impact.

  • Strengthen our branding and presence through digital platforms, media engagement, and partnerships.

  • Analyse engagement and reach to continuously improve visibility and outreach.

Innovation & Impact

  • Explore fresh ideas, tools, and digital trends in fundraising and marketing.

  • Track, evaluate, and report campaign outcomes to showcase the impact of giving.

  • Support the team on new initiatives that connect and empower the community.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Diploma in Events Management, Business Admin, Marketing, or related fields.

  • At least 1 year’s experience in fundraising, events, marketing, partnerships, or community engagement.

  • Strong communicator—warm, persuasive, and confident in both writing and speaking.

  • Creative and savvy with digital marketing, social media, and storytelling.

  • Excellent organiser who can juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Sincere, proactive, and people-first—you believe generosity grows through authentic relationships.

  • Comfortable working weekends and in a Buddhist environment.

5) Dharma Propagation Program Executive (Part-Time)

Are you passionate about the Buddha's teachings and love creating meaningful experiences for others? We're looking for a dedicated and organised individual to help shape and coordinate Dharma programs for adults. If you have a deep appreciation for the Dharma and want to make a real difference in our community, this is your opportunity to turn that passion into purpose. Join our team to help bring meaningful teachings to life for adult practitioners.


Key  Responsibilities  :

Program Coordination & Administration

  • Organize and maintain Dharma materials and class resources

  • Archive recordings and past teachings

  • Work with teachers to develop and enhance learning materials

  • Ensure Dharma resources are well-catalogued and accessible

Content & Resource Management

We’re Looking For Someone Who :

  • Has strong organizational and communication skills

  • Works well in a team and with volunteers

  • Has a good understanding of Buddhist teachings and practices

  • Is comfortable with both physical and digital coordination tasks

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, in a Buddhist environment.

Work Hours :

This is a part-time position requiring at least 3 days per week, with flexibility to accommodate program schedules.
