Buddhism is introduced to young children aged 5 -12 years old through fun-filled activities and experiential learning. Children will learn Mahayana Buddhist values, prayers and meditation so that a child is able to relate and practice dharma in their everyday lives. Class will focus on fun while learning communication skills, teamwork, leadership and life skills through an activity-based learning program.
