These courses aims to promote a healthier lifestyle, happier minds, develop and improve the quality of your lives and expend the myriad experiences of your meaningful lifetime.

Healthier Body

We promote a holistic approach to leading a healthy lifestyle. This includes staying physically active while maintaining a balanced diet, and going for regular screening. Look out for our many courses on Reiki Attunement, Yoga Exercise & Healthy Vegetarian Diets. 


Healthier Mind

A Healthier Mind is a key ingredient in having a longer, more successful and fulfilling life. We hope to help you develop good positive thinking habits that will bring about positive changes in your life. Look out for our short courses on Meditation & improving self esteem.

Develop Life-skills

Understanding that your life is not only about the Dharma activities, we hope to develop your essential life skills that will help you at work, at home or with friends. Look out for our special Parenting Talks, Communication & Problem Solving Workshops.

INTRO MEDITATION CLASS 2019


Want to find inner peace and calm our minds in our busy and hectic lives?
INTRO MEDITATION CLASS will be starting in Dec! We invite you experience the basics of meditation, starting on 1 Dec 2019 (Sun) for 4 lessons, from 10am to 11.30am.

Course Instructor: Keith Cheung

About the Instructor:
A disciple of Singha Rinpoche since 2005, Keith Cheung was one of the assistant teachers in the Basic Buddhism Class offered by Thekchen Choling in 2009. He was invited by Thekchen Choling Youth Group to coach them in the performance area of singing, dancing and acting in 2012. Since 2014, he has started teaching the Basic Buddhism course yearly in both English and Chinese.

Keith is also a volunteer translator (English / Chinese) during Singha Rinpoche’s teachings. He is also the instructor guiding the temple’s Meditation group practice since 2016.

Pat Chang worked as an IT/web consultant in the U.S. and China. His investment career began in 2000 when he purchased his first property. He formed an investment partnership in 2009 to invest in real estate in the U.S. He holds a BA in quantitative economics and a MA in economics from Stanford University.

BASIC HATHA YOGA 2016


In this beginner Hatha yoga class, you will learn to tone up your bodies through basics asanas to improve flexibility and practice various breathing techniques which benefit both the mind and body.

Course Instructor: Carol Teo

About the Instructor:
Ms Carol Teo attained her Diploma in Yoga Education from Yoga University, Yoga Vidya Gurukul recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. She is certified to conduct  Yoga course for beginners according to course modules designed by the Yoga University. Her deep passion for Yoga has inspired her to practice actively for 3 years and she has started teaching since July, offering courses to both office environments and studio based training.
